Terms and Conditions

1. Price Promise

Please note that the prices quoted in the proposal are valid only for 21 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary if the booking is done post the period specified. Any modification (such as changes in scope or requirements) to the proposal may result in a price change. The prices given are applicable for that project only.

2. Financial Service

One Home Interiors only facilitates financial loans and services. Approval, processing and terms of the loans and services are at the sole discretion of the financial entity / partner / service provider.

3. Payment Method

  • Online (Net banking, BHIM, UPI)
  • Cheque
  • Card

Note : The primary pricing is based on our telephonic discussion and floor plan provided by the client. Please note that there would be a tentative estimate given first and prices might vary once the designs are finalized. Site measurements will be taken before starting the designs. 3D images will be shared with client while designs are being developed. A booking amount of 10% of the project value needs to be deposited post which our design team will initiate the process. Material specifications will be finalized along with designs at the sign-off time.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel your project after paying the booking amount (10% of project value), One Home will offer a refund to the tune of 50% of your booking amount. The refund is processed as One Home store credits only. No refunds can be entertained if you cancel your project after 50% payment.
  • Post final order, One Home cannot offer to cancel, replace or modify items once the final order is placed i.e. a Purchase order is created. However, please be reassured that your design team will always explicitly discuss all items with you before placing orders.
  • A project cannot be cancelled once the designs are finalised and the project is under production. The customer shall not receive any refund if the project is cancelled and further the customer shall be obligated to pay the remaining order value of the project to the company.

5. Payment Delay Implications

  • Delay of payment by more than 1 week at any stage of the project will add concurrent days to the project delivery timeline accordingly.
  • Delay of payment at the time of Dispatch of goods from the factory has the following implications:
  • The project handover date will be recalculated based on the next available dispatch schedule (this may be more than the actual number of days of payment delay).
  • If the delay is more than two weeks, rent will be added for storing the material at our warehouse at Rs.5000/- a week.
  • If the payment is delayed beyond 1 month (one month), which has resulted in storage at the warehouse for an elongated period of time, the warranties towards the material will reduce by 1 year and on a pro-rata basis until the next available dispatch is scheduled. Your order will be delivered on or before the assured delivery date. One Home is not responsible for any delay in project implementation due to third party vendors, force majeure or for reasons beyond its control. Changing your order and any unforeseen circumstances may also delay delivery time.

5. Payment Stages

  • 10% To begin design phase.
  • 40% At design sign off.
  • 50% Before materials dispatch from the factory.
